Easter is here and we need to talk about “Easter Bunnies”. For years, live rabbits have been gifted for Easter and for years they have been dumped outside or in a shelter before their 1st birthday. Most people don’t know how high maintenance these cute pets are and are not ready for the 10-13 year commitment. Live animals are not gifts!

RHDV Vaccine Required for Boarding Buns
In response to Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV), BunnyLuv Rabbit Resource Center is taking precautions to keep rabbits that board with us, and our adoptable rabbits, safe from the virus.
BunnyLuv requires ALL BOARDERS to be vaccinated for RHDV, which requires a YEARLY BOOSTER.
Proof of vaccinations must be dated within a year of the reserved drop off date of your bunny(s).
Please email a copy of your rabbits vaccine BEFORE you come in to board your bunny with us to: bunnyluv@bunnyluv.org.

It is also strongly recommended to have your bunny vaccinated if you frequently use BunnyLuv for grooming services.
